Mrs. Mattie Riu To All Instructors

Mattie Riu is the eldest of 9 siblings and is a homeschool graduate. She has been playing the violin since the age of 11 years old, attended Lamar University where she majored in music education and she has been a violin and general music teacher for 12 years. Mattie has been married 11 years- she and her husband love going to symphony concerts and trying new foods together. She is the mother of 3 little musicians who specialize in loud noises of every kind and will be beginning her first year of homeschooling with her kindergarten and pre-k children!
